Subject:Watercolor for translation and artist id

Hello,I would be grateful to anyone that can help me translate the calligraphy and seal mark of this beautiful huge (approx 3 x6 ft) watercolor of flying geese.It was gifted by a Korean gentleman to my father who lived in Hong Kong at the time (1990's).
