Subject:Chinese bottle with two phoenix?
Posted By: Giuseppe Sat, Oct 10, 2020 IP: 85.226.33.113 Dear friends I would like to ask once again for your help with this bottle which I think is Chinese. It has two phoenixes on both sides and has no mark. What use could it have? What period does it belong to? |

Transfer technology was not adopted in China until the early 20th century, and the vase probably was made between then and the decade of the 1950s, in my opinion. |

Posted By: Giuseppe Mon, Oct 12, 2020 Thank you Bill. You are always very helpful. In fact, the shape of the bottle intrigued me a lot. I have done a lot of research and have not found one like it. If it wasn't for the decoration I would have said it could be of European origin. |
