Subject:Japanese military booklet 1905?

Hello forum members,

Could someone help in the identification/translationof the front cover of this boolet. It is printed in Japanese and I am guessing its from the 1900s?

I have also included a few pages from the booklet.

I think it is from the 1920's (Taisho era 1912-26)
