The cold gilt faces of the eight wrathful heads of the 11 headed Lord of Compassion with extensive remains of pigment to the eyes, lips brows and hair, and inlaid with small turquoises are characteristic of this type - with joined eyebrows, elongated eyes and large circular pendant earrings. Remains of the original 'life-bestowing' central column are present. |
