Nick Pitcher was formerly a director of Christie's and ran the Oriental Department at Christie's South Kensington from 1976 to 1990, when he left to set up his own business, specialising in early Chinese pottery, bronzes and later Chinese works of art of all kinds, from porcelain to paintings. After having finished her Asian art studies at SOAS University London, Farah Massart opened her gallery in Knokke Belgium in 2011. She recently moved the gallery to her new private gallery at Meise.
