The seal reads 蘆々子 roroko and seams to be used by the Rimpa painter Fukae Roshuu 深江 芦舟 1699-1757. Earlier the seal was often listed simply as roroko and the connection to Fukae Roshuu is a more modern.

But I never was very exited about this painting style and would not consider me as well informed in the matter.
