Ｙour reading of the title is right, but the meaning does not make sense because it is not marked with voiced consonant marks In reading we have to add thevoiced consonant marks.
Without voiced consonant marks;
With voiced consonant marks;
In modern kana transcription;
Rewriting in Roman alphabet;
Dokyou no hara no ue
Rewriting in contemporary mixed writing;
In English translation;

The picture shows some satirical examples of courage situations, e.g.
desperate courage, daredevil courage, not enough courage, courage of defeat, courage of lie etc.
