Hi,
Recently picked up this lovely piece. I am thinking it is a print, however I can see raised paint over the accents in the flowers and waterlillies. I'm now wondering if this is a painting?
I have done some research, seems to be printed on some sort of fabric. Couldn't find anything similar on google or a japanese art database.
Any and all thoughts welcome. I would just like to really know the title and where it was most likely printed.
