Signature and seal read,
旭華　-　Kyokka - (Morning flower) - art- name
(or Asaka - female given name)
Except for Yahoo's auction sites I can't find Japanese artist with this name.

These sites do not mention anything about the identity of the artist other than the above name.
Therefore, I don't intend to engage in further shootings in the dark.
