Message Stan - thank you so much for your posting - it has opened my eyes to many possibilities. First, I must improve my camera skills! The previous owner of this plaque was passionate about 18th century Asian carved arts - coming from a highly artistic yet rigorous family. He would have eschewed fakes or modernity at all costs. My question is - is this a fake or has it been 'fiddled with" with modern electric drills? The latter being quite possible! cheers Post a Response |
