The nature of the bowl and my reading of its red seal ("Seal of Liu Renxiang" - Liu Ren Xiang Yin - 劉仁祥印), indicate your artist is the following person:

Chinese name: Liu Renxiang - 劉仁祥; Simplified - 刘仁祥

Born 1955, Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province.

Visiting Professor, Department of Art, East China Jiaotong University; Dean, Department of Fine Arts, Wuhan Municipal College; Vice President, National Democratic League Central Academy of Fine Arts at Jingdezhen; Senior Crafts Artist of China; Senior Crafts Artist of Jingdezhen; Member, Jiangxi Arts and Crafts Society; Member, Jingdezhen Book Association; Director, Jingdezhen Guomao Ceramics Market Owners Committee; has worked for decades as calligrapher and painter.

Ethnicity: Han

Country of Citizenship: China

Occupation: Artist

This biographic information was gleaned from a couple of Chinese websites, including the link herein, which also has a photo of Liu.

Best regards,

Bill H.
