| Translation help of text on very unusual chinese antique plaque |

Message Personally I have never seen anything quite like this before, it measures roughly half the size of A4, 1cm thick and weights 1.6kg!! I can't seem to find anything out about it, so hope that a translation may help. Also if anyone can hazard a guess as to its age I would be very greatfull
