Message I assume the price sticker of 20,000 on the box holding this piece is in Philippines peso. If that is the case, it would be about US $ 420. Correct? The problem is the resolution of your picture is simply not good enough to tell for sure what it was made of. If it was indeed made of Grade A jadeite, then just the jade alone would be worth the money. But these days, many so called Grade A jadeite are simply fakes. You piece is really pretty big, I cannot recall too many Chinese people would wear pieces that big. Also, any good jadeite pendants would be framed in 24k or 18k gold, IMHO. I cannot tell what this metal is. Of course it could indeed be silver, but why? What did the dealer say about this piece? Most of the time, they do know about what they are selling. Post a Response |
