Solid Silver Bangle |
Posted By: Mark Posted Date: Feb 23, 2015 (06:29 PM) |
Message Hi, Would anyone have an idea on the history of this bangle (name, origin, period) I think it might be Afghanistan but I'm not sure. It measures 3 inches (Top to Bottom), weights 89 grams, has no hallmarks but has been acid tested silver. It looks to be handmade with a chisel effect design. On the inside there looks to be 3 letters roughly chiselled into the silver which read CCC or UUU (This may just be part of the pattern, although there is no other pattern on the inside) Thanks, Mark ![]() |
