Republic Era Marked Short Squat Teapot - What is the shape called? |
Posted By: Jeanne Posted Date: Jan 20, 2014 (12:41 PM) |
Message Hello experts, I bought three of these unusually shaped teapots at my local good will, I think they were all part of a collection, each are different yet the same shape, one is Kangxi marked. This one is Republic era marked. It seems too small for a teapot, after searching through hundreds of pot shapes I can't find a similar one. Can anyone please give me some information on it? Thank you in advance for all the help. Jeanne ![]() ![]() ![]() |
