Jade necklace

Estate sale item from Oklahoma oil farm in the country. Family of estate said $1.00 and it would look good with my construction boots, then laughed. Local Rock Shop gemstone tester says jadeite; all jadeite including little translucent whitish beads. Told no artificial dyes and all real jadeite. What you say?
