| help me please with painting-second try |

Message Hi I bought this painting a few weeks ago. I know nothing about it and about asian arts. Still, Im very interesting in this painting. It's made on very thin paper and there is probably asian goddess floating in the air with a dragon. Maybe someone here is able to identify artist signature or art theme? Thanks for yours time.
