| Help to identify Japanese Bronze Ashtray - Maker etc |

Message Hi there! I wonder if any of you clever people can help with any information about this item for me. I have a bronze 'ashtray' in the form of an aeriel view of Otaru Harbour, Hokkaido. It weighs 800g and measures 15cm(L)x9cm(W)x4cm(H) It is clearly marked in Japanese characters on the underside and thats were you lot come in as I am utterly clueless :) So any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
