| Help Identifying Meiping vase |

Message I have a meiping pottery vase with hand painted white floating flowers. There is a spearhead circling the rim with floral sprays and possible scrolls. The bottom of the vase appears to have a handwritten, in black, mark that is worn away. The only part I can recognize is a f with a possible line underneath it and a dot after it. The mark does not show up in photos. #2.jpg)
