| Martaban Jar identification |

Message Hi there.I've discovered a martaban jar during a pedestrian survey in a 16th century Johore Sultanate site in Kota Tinggi, Malaysia. There is a band of paddle-impressed geometric texture on the upper body of the jar and 2 string lines below it.The jar is partially glazed with brown (natural fly-ash?) glaze. Could anyone determine the date of this relic? Any Information would be appreciated.
