stone brushwasher jade?

Knowbody was bidding on this stone brushwasher listed on eBay. I was the only bid and got it for under 9 bucks. Got it today and it seems like a pretty nice heavy stone. Not sure what kind of stone and the carving is kind of primitive; several lines where there should only be one. Put the brushwasher next to a serpentine dragon to show no color enhancements. Is this some kind of jade?
