Very Old Ivory Tusk Holder need help - Ming Dynasty

Dear All,

Good day & good health to you. Bought this ivorymore than 30 years ago from an antique shop. Was told is an collector's item from the early Ming Dynasty.Item is excellent condition with no hair line crack. Light brown colour. The height is 5 1/4 inches, the top diameter is 4 1/2 inches, the bottom diameter is 4 inches. The thickness is 3/4 inches.

Please advise me with the followings:
1. How old
2. Creater/craver name
3. estimate value
4.Where I can sell them at higher price.
