Message Nephrite carving of two Ch'ih-Dragons, clambering at the sides of a shallow vessel. Size 4.5cm x 4 cm. The lighter areas are a creamy white/gray, and the darker areas range from medium to dark brown, almost black. This Nephrite carving has been declared to be from the Sung dynasty, yet there is a strong indication that it could be as old as being from the Chou 1027 - 771 B.C. dynasty. The carving shows age, but no damage. Who can help? ![]() ![]() ![]() |
