| Marks on heavy Oriental brass plate |

Message Good afternoon all, just acquired this plate out of a local estate of an old Dutch family. It is 10 3/8" in diameter, and weighs just over 1 1/4 kilograms. Decorated with a dragon around the outside, and what looks like a warrior with sword in the center. I'm wondering if anyone would recognize the mark on the reverse. Any input greatly appreciated.
