| Japanese plate 'makers mark' question |

Message Wondering if this 'makers mark' on the bottom of a Japanese porcelain plate may distinguish the company that made it, approximately when it was made, and what the Japanese writing states? Mark measures 'about' 2cm / 1 inch across. Thanks for any help!
