| Help with Inscription on antique Ning Hsia carpet |

Message I am hoping for help with identifying and translating the two inscriptions at the top right and top left corner of this antique Ning Hsia carpet. The script ... I am guessing ... perhaps Chinese cursive / calligraphy script, or perhaps Tibetan? Any help much appreciated.
