Message Signature, 東海晴湖 - Tōzai Seiko Upper seal, 晴湖 - Seiko I can't read the lower seal, Inscription on the back, 奥原晴湖 米法山水 - Okuhara Seiko Beihō-sansui Okumura Seiko 1837-1913, famous Japanese paintress Tōzai was one of her pseudonyms.
