| Some questions about a 'poem dish' |

Message Hello. I bought this dish a while ago, but after some research I haven't come any closer to finding out who made it, or where and when. I suppose it's not really old, but it's one of my favorite objects. I would greatly appereciate it if somebody can help me with determining the maker. It would also be nice to know what the calligraphy says. Thanks in advance!
