Message Another interesting seal, with the appearance of an Imperial Jade seal supposedly to identify an item (possibly a calligraphic work) from the MaoQin palace collection. The four characters are 懋勤殿寶 Mao Qin Dian Bao (although Google insists incorrectly that the character 勤 is transliterated as Qing. Not in any of my dictionaries). Only a hands-on inspection by an experienced seal expert could determine whether this is genuine or not. Post a Response |
