Late-Summer 岸譲毫 - Brush by Kishi Jō (or Yuzuru) Seal, 天岡 - Amaoka (Heavenly hill) - Art-name Inscription on the mounting, 冨士山 - Fuji-san - Mt.Fuji Unfortunately I could not identify the above artist.
