Satsuma ware from the 1920's - 1930's.
The mark is displayed upside down, but I can't figure out exactly the first Kanji.
The closest Kanji I can find is 奥 (Oku), which means the name could be Okuyama 奥山.

But I'm not sure, perhaps I.Nagy could help to confirm or to correct.
