Satsuma ware made by the Kinkozan factory. The text "Japan" under the seal mark might be an indication this was made around 1920.

The mark reads "Kinkozan Zo" 錦光山 造 (made by Kinkozan), see other examples below.
The 山 (zan = mountains) is replaced by a character in the shape of 3 mountains.
