Dear Casia,

Your small vase imitates Chinese Longqian Celadon vases with a bluish tone in the shape of archaic bronze Gu vases. These vases became popular in the Song and Yuan dynasty and there are fine examples in the British Museum. However, your vase is very small and somewhat squat in stature, and the appliqués on the sides appear somewhat simplified, so I would cautiously assume a later date of origin. The spur marks on the underside are somewhat irritating, however. Unfortunately, I can't devote more time to your exciting object at the moment, but if I remember to do so, I will take a closer look at the vase again in the future.

With kind regards

Madria

御窑阁汝瓷 Imperial Kiln Pavilion Ru Porcelain
Ru porcelain is one of the five famous porcelains of the Song Dynasty. It is named after the city of Ruzhou 汝洲 where it was produced.
In the late 1980s, the city of Ruzhou set up an industrial park where they started to re-produce Ru celadon porcelains.

Dear I Nagy,
Thank you for that. I thought so, but I couldn't find anything about the value of these reproductions online. Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
Best regards,

Kasi
