I believe part of the problem has to do with poor photo quality, but from what I am able to surmise, is that the teapot is a later period Kutani, post 1980. This is due the modern gold gilt on the spout. Usually if the gilt has a high gloss sheen of highly polished brass, it would suggest a mercury compound in the manufacturing process. This date is also compatable with the modern red mark that is evident.
The other mark, from what I can see, is a older style satsuma mark, with the satsuma crest just above the script, usually these type marks would date to the second half of the 19th to third quarter century. But because the photo is so poor, this would be pure speculation. I assume that the second mark is found on the other example not shown.
Please re-take the photos for better clarity and analysis.
