Unfortunately I don't know anything about this unframed picture. I particularly like the vivid colours and the detail and would love to know more about who the artist is and an estimate of its date.

late 20th/early 21st century, on paper not silk. hard to tell the artist's name, though the last two characters read Zihu

Actually I think you might not have picked up this correctly from the photograph. The painting is definitely on silk but this has been mounted on textured card. Given this difference, and the fact that the artist has not been identified from the signature. I feel that the dating is probably not correct.I wonder if someone else could have an attempt to identify the artist and period.
