I got a plate that claimed from Qing, But I think it might be from Vietnam, could somebody help with id it? Thanks

Hallo Hui,

I don't think it's Chinese nor Vietnamese but Japanese. This kind of markings can often be found on Hizen ware. Try to make an internet search on SHIDA Yaki (thats what I think it is) and you will find ware with simular kind of decorations. My guess for a dating would be: mid 19th. century.
