Zhang ware is not a new name, I believed it first appeared in book during Early or Mid Qing Dynasty and like most minor kilns, very little are known about them till the modern time.

What is tongqi in Chinese?

I don't think it is easy to find but zhang ware is not expensive as the Dehua ware in today's market.
