Subject:Is this calligraphy old and what does it say ?

Found this today at a goodwill. My brother enjoys Asian/chinese/Japanese style art. Figured he may enjoy these but I am not sure of their origin, age or what they say. Any input ?

A contemporary bold ink-wash style painting.

Inscription,
舞黒脚　Dancing black legs

Unfortunately I can't make out the seal.

Back side,
我爱你　I love you

Its is Chinese,
The characters in the so-called ‘xiaozhuan seal script’ used on the face of this seal are known to be extremely difficult to decipher.”
My tentative reading is,
健網　Jiangan (Strong net) 　-　Pseudonym

Only very famous painters can be identified based on pseudonyms. That is not the case here.
