Subject:Confirmation of transcription accompanying Itō Chūta's Sketch 153

I think the commentary by Sugimura Kōtarō (杉村廣太郞), sealed Sojinkan 楚人冠, under Itō Chūta's sketch titled Austrian Ambassador to the United States Expelled (駐米澳大使放逐さる), reads 煩惱無盡誓願斷, one of the four great Buddhist vows that I've seen translated as "Delusions are inexhaustible; I vow to end them." Your confirmation or corrections would be much appreciated.

It looks perfect,
Another possibility is:
I vow to eliminate countless afflictions.

Regards,
I.Nagy
