Can anyone identify this Japanese charger period? Late Edo? Bakumatsu? Meiji?

The bottom mark reads,
星 - Hoshi (Star)
Imari and Arita porcelain pieces are bearing single character marks.
From the late Edo through the Meiji period, as exports to overseas markets increased and the domestic market expanded, here was a rise in the practice of marking the base with single characters (such as "星" "福" "吉") by indicate specific kilns, workshops or painting studios.

With regards,
I.Nagy
