Can anyone identify this Japanese charger period? Late Edo? Bakumatsu? Meiji?

The design on the charger shown in the picture is a type of Karakusa/Arabesque pattern commonly used in traditional Japanese Imari (Arita) ware and other ceramics from mid-Edo period through the Meiji and Taishō periods.
Apocryphal six-character base mark reads:
大明成化年製 - Made During the Chenghua Reign
