Please help me identify this mark. I saw a mark like that at the Bukowskis auction. Kangxi period (?).

Bottom mark reads,
平戸産 Hirado-san Hirado Product
技榮造 Giei zō Giei Made

This is a mark (signature) found on the back of ceramics produced during the early Meiji period (around 1870–1890) by the Mikawachi-yaki kilns (Hirado style) in Hizen Province (present-day Nagasaki and Saga Prefectures in Japan).
