Subject:Transcription of Commentary on Itō Chūta's Sketch 3

I'm having difficulty deciphering the last characters in the first column, but I think I've transcribed the remaining characters correctly. The sketch is titled Imperial Japan Sends Ultimatum to Germany and it relates to Japan's demand that Germany surrenders its concession in Jiaozhou Bay, China to them. The commentary is by Itō himself.

引き渡せ

「ならば
手がらに
取て見ろ

ならば手がらに取て見ろ
Kirikiri kocchira he hikiwatase
Naraba tegara ni totte miro

Hurry up and hand it over to me (us)
