I am not a scholar on chinese porcelain or any thing, but the hanzi inscriptions is intriguing to me because I can see almost nothing here... But by intuition, I get 乾隆製, and supposedly the missing hanzi in the empty top-left quadrant could be 年, so: 乾隆年製 – Qiánlóng nián zhì – Made in the Qianlong reign/year. But of course, that doesn't mean this is old, since this mark is commonly used in other periods of Chinese porcelain history as well."
By the general shape of the figures depicted its 20th piece. But no one serious enough could set a price or even date the object without to take a look with the hands, if you know what I mean.
