What does the text say, and is it related to toyotomi hideyoshi and to the emperor, given the presence of their "mon" in the print?
Artist?

I think it should be the 1st sheet of a small-format Tokaido series.
There is no info about this on the net.

Inscriptions,
東海道五十三次 つづき編
一立斎廣重筆
紅英堂x梓
Tōkaidō Gojūsan-tsugi Tsuzuki-hen
Ichiritsusai Hiroshige-hitsu
Koeido x* shi

* I can't read the peultimate character, but in any case, it definitely relates to edition.

The Fifty-three Stations of the Tōkaidō
Continued Edition
Painted by Ichiritsusai Hiroshige
Kōeidō Version Edition

Note,
For technical reasons alternative kanas are represented in their modern forms.

Regards,
I.Nagy
