Is this a preparatory drawing of a Yoshifuji print, that is a true Hanshita-e? If not, what is it?
What does the text say?

Main title,
鶴のしかけ Tsuru no shikake - Crane challenge
Subtitle,
武遊なそらへやう Buyū nazoraeyō - Imitation of martial arts

It is thought to be a toy print made for children.
As can be seen, the print could be cut in half, so several similarly cut prints had to be assembled to match their original pairs. Because these prints were intended for children to use and discarded after playing with, so they were printed in one color on lower-quality paper.

Note,
For technical reasons alternative kanas are represented in their modern forms.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Thank you Mr Nagy; but it is a Bijin and I don't think it would be a toy print for children. Also the print does not seem to me cutable in half.
Maybe you assessed another print than this one?
