Probably there are date and artist name indicated.

In the Mid-Winter Month of the Year of Fire-Horse (1906) Made by Zhang Shaoyun

Zhang Shaoyun was a painter at the Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Factory in the late Qing Dynasty.
