杉水　Sansu (Korean) Shanshui (Chinese) Art-name
Seal,
金知瑀印　Seal of Kim Ji-u (Korean) Jin Zhiyu (Chinese)

On the basis of the surname and given name I think more and more that we are dealing with a Korean paintress.
In either case cannot be idntified.
