Subject:help w/ID Chinese Cloisonne Box & Translation

hi everyone. this box is for sale in a local thrift store and i was hoping someone could help with identifying the likely age of the piece. it's a very simple pattern of cloisonne on brass with a center emblem on top. the interior is wood. three is a sticker on the inside with some writing on it. i'm hoping somone can help with translating the emblem as well as, if possible the writing on the sticker. any help will be greatly appreciated...thanks
