I am looking for some support translating the black calligraphy into English

I believe this is part of a paired set(?) based on my previous post here which I've pasted the URL below (i.e., the pseudonym/leisure seal, 'God of the Red Mountain' is the same - Thank you I.Nagy again for your help last time!)

On this occasion I am at a loss as how to read the first part of the inscription.
